 Meeting minutes
We have added the meeting minutes for December
annual meeting, January and February plus we have added a copy
of the January, February and March
newsletters.

next newsletter or on the Caswell Cove website feel free to
let us know! We would love to incorporate any ideas you have
for our next edition or update. Any input is

UPDATE: April 27th 2009
GOOD NEWS !! The forum is back! Well not exactly
back, its been replaced with a new one that requires that
everyone register with their contact information before they
can post. Click on the forum link above to have a look and
feel free to register. It may take a bit of time for your ID
to be registered since it has to be manually checked and
approved and I need to log in to see if any are pending. If
you create an ID and its not approved within a day or so just
email me and I will activate it as quick as I can. You can
create whichever ID you like but your actual contact
information has to be YOU with a valid email address.
Board
Meetings
The board meeting
schedule is now posted under
the CALENDAR tab above. Board Meetings are typically held
every third Wednesday in the pool house at 7 pm. If you would
like to speak at the next Board Meeting, please contact one of
the Board members no later than seven (7) days prior to the
meeting so the agenda can be prepared accordingly. Thank
you!
Condo Fees for 2009
and Special Assessment Information
Condo fees and information regarding the special
assessment and roofing project have been included in the most
